Job Summary

A Judaism-focused online publication and media company has an open position for a Telecommute Executive Assistant in New York.

Must be able to:

  • Provide calendar management and scheduling support
  • Screen and draft responses to email correspondence
  • Serve as liaison to Board of Directors; coordinate and attend Board meetings

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Able to work out of the office 1-2 times per week
  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides)
  • Able to organize, manage and balance multiple competing priorities at a time
  • Strong research skills with ability to summarize findings
  • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality
