A collections agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Experienced Collections Specialist in Phoenix.

Must be able to:

  • Help change the way the collection industry works
  • Work 2 Saturdays a month until noon
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Work From Home - Training in our Mesa AZ office
  • Minimum of 2 years of collection / call center experience
  • Must be skilled in negotiation
  • Must be a dependable and a strong communicator
  • Must be computer savvy and versed in MS products
