Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Facets Benefit Configuration Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Mentoring, coaching, motivating, and reviewing the work of employees
  • Auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards
  • Researching installation issues and develop customer specific resolution

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
  • 2+ years of experience with benefit configuration on Facets Platform
  • Intermediate understanding and proficiency of relevant software applications (i.e., FACETS)
  • Advanced knowledge of healthcare benefit principles, contracts and systems
