Job Summary

A real estate company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Facilities Coordinator in Trenton.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives
  • Managing and maintaining small facility management tasks as assigned
  • Acting as an interface with client, visitors and guests

Required Skills:

  • Expected to make site visits to the local office on occasion
  • Associates degree in facilities management, building business or other related field
  • 2 years' experience with Facility or Property Administration
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
  • Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports.
