Job Summary

A real estate services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Facilities Management Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Provide general FM services including continuous monitoring of facility
  • Coordinate special events in support of client or company
  • Act as an interface with clients, visitors and guests

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel on-site as needed
  • 2+ years experience with Facility or Property Administration
  • Associates degree in facilities management, building business or related
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong written, verbal and people skills
