Job Summary
A university is in need of a Telecommute Faculty Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Establish project plans that meet pre-determined functional goals
- Gather and analyze faculty trends using analytical and statistical tools
- Facilitate faculty operations department change initiatives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Master’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years leading direct reports.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operational support, or project management role
- Agility and the ability to adapt to continuous change
