Job Summary

An online educational provider has an open position for a Telecommute Family Engagement Coordinator and FAST Supervisor in Herndon.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage online strong start process for new learning coaches and students.
• Facilitate online strong start orientation sessions
• Oversee weekly office hours/help sessions to support new families

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel 25% of the time
• Bachelor's degree and two years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); web proficiency
• Ability to pass required background check
