Job Summary

An environmental non profit organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Federal Campaigns Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading, developing and managing campaigns
  • Supporting and providing senior-level professional expertise to staff and volunteers
  • Writing, editing, and reviewing educational and advocacy materials

Position Requirements Include:

  • Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and proof of auto insurance required
  • B.A./B.S. degree in an environmental, political, legal, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in the planning and implementation of federal campaigns
  • Significant experience and knowledge of congressional rulemaking and federal policy
  • Demonstrated public speaking and media presentation ability
  • Excellent demonstrated written and oral communication skills
