Job Summary
A construction management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Federal Construction Project Manager in St Louis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain open contact with owners, customers and subcontractors
- Read and interpret specifications and plans to determine requirements
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering
- 10 years experience in the construction industry
- 5-10 years of experience in a Project Manager or similar role
- Past experience in project organization and scheduling while remaining within budget
