A construction management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Federal Construction Project Manager in St Louis.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain open contact with owners, customers and subcontractors
  • Read and interpret specifications and plans to determine requirements
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering
  • 10 years experience in the construction industry
  • 5-10 years of experience in a Project Manager or similar role
  • Past experience in project organization and scheduling while remaining within budget
