Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Telecommute Federal Service Digital Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead the design of service blueprints and optimized customer journeys
- Develop actionable insights blending quantitative and qualitative research
- Design and facilitate collaboration journeys
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Centered Design, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as service designer
- Experience leading design activities for complex business solutions
- Must able to pass and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Ability to communicate functional capabilities of systems and application via a service design lens
