Job Summary

A nonprofit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Field Consultation Senior Manager in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Attending and participating in all relevant external meetings throughout the year
  • Utilizing effective management techniques in the selection, supervision, monitoring, training and counseling
  • Managing, directing, and appling account management approach to develop and implement assistance plans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must be able to travel overnight approx. 50% of the time
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple, complex projects in varying stages of development under time constraints
  • Demonstrated knowledge of local, state and federal government activities and structures
  • Minimum of 10 years of successful experience or demonstrated understanding in advocacy/public policy,
  • Prior experience managing staff
  • Bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, law, journalism and relevant experience
