Job Summary
A nonprofit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Field Consultation Senior Manager in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Attending and participating in all relevant external meetings throughout the year
- Utilizing effective management techniques in the selection, supervision, monitoring, training and counseling
- Managing, directing, and appling account management approach to develop and implement assistance plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to travel overnight approx. 50% of the time
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple, complex projects in varying stages of development under time constraints
- Demonstrated knowledge of local, state and federal government activities and structures
- Minimum of 10 years of successful experience or demonstrated understanding in advocacy/public policy,
- Prior experience managing staff
- Bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, law, journalism and relevant experience
