Job Summary
A recruiting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Field Property Claims Adjuster in Austin.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling both homeowner and commercial property losses
- Meeting with agents and insureds dealing with property related losses
- Working with contractors, attorneys, and other professionals ultimately to settle the loss
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel overnight
- Appropriate claims license
- Ability to handle in-depth investigations, evaluate damages and negotiate fair settlements on property losses
- Ability to lift ladders and climb on roofs and crawl into attics/crawl spaces for inspection
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of computer based estimating (IntegriClaim)
