Job Summary

A software development firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Field Sales Enablement Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing coaching and feedback
  • Working with AEs and Sales Leaders to identify readiness gaps
  • Recommending programs, tools, training, etc to help drive every AE's success

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 25% travel
  • Excellent cross -functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Analytically-minded
  • 8+ years supporting a direct B2B sales organization
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in communications
  • Experience with training and coaching
