Job Summary

A gambling company is in need of a Telecommute Field Service Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Pre-planning, scheduling and performing service activities assigned to geographic territory
  • Being responsible for the coordination of all installations and visitation schedules
  • Installing, converting, troubleshooting, repairing and/or de-installing as necessary

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Provide direct customer support for training, parts purchasing advice and preventative maintenance programs
  • Working knowledge of Digital Electronics
  • Must be able to follow direction when given a task from Operations Manager or designee in charge of install
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • Must be able to do a 2-man lift of 250 lb. game onto stands, minimum 50 lb. lift alone
  • Familiarity with networking technologies and troubleshooting
