A solutions provider for real estate asset valuation and collateral risk assessment needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Field Staff Appraiser in Denver.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Completing real estate appraisals
  • Representing the company with the highest level of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Responding to calls/emails/texts in a prompt and professional manner

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally to complete appraisals
  • 3 years of experience in completing residential real estate appraisals
  • Certified residential or general appraiser license in good standing
  • FHA approved appraiser in good standing
  • Broad residential knowledge of properties and market factors
  • Ability to act independently and consistently make appropriate decisions
