Job Summary

A financial services provider has an open position for a Telecommute Advice Content Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting in creating and editing advice content across organization
  • Ensuring consistency of messaging and material utilized for both client and advisor communications
  • Reviewing and analyzing Advice Content and determine when to retire outdated Advice Content

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or similar field
  • 5+ years of Financial Services experience, ideally Life and/or Health insurance
  • Ability to pull together multiple, and sometimes conflicting, inputs
  • Experience developing training content
  • Excellent human relations skills, tact, good listening and consulting skills
