Job Summary

A crowd-sourced review platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Finance and Accounting Collector.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Updating and processing credit card payments
• Working with clients to set up payment arrangements
• Documenting collection efforts in CRM systems

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum 1 year experience in high call volume environment (minimum of 60+ calls per day)
• Competency in using MS Excel and Word
• Ability to adapt to changes/ duties in the work environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a demanding work environment
• Ability to de-escalate calls and provide excellent customer service
