Job Summary

A company that provides services to nonprofit organizations is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Finance and Operations Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Advising the CEO and other key members of senior management on financial planning
  • Providing leadership in the support of the Business Development team’s efforts
  • Providing strategic oversight to all Human Resources and Talent Acquisition efforts

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Business or Accounting degree
  • 10 to 15 years’ experience in a senior management role in a high-growth organization
  • 5 years in a role as a Vice President of Finance and/or Operations
  • Experience with companies with annual revenues of less than $25M and high growth rates
  • Strong information technology professional services experience
  • Proven track record of instilling a high-performance mindset within a growing organization
