Job Summary
A manufacturing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Finance Controller.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Building an A-level accounting team
- Owning the vendor payment process
- Reviewing historical financials
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7-10+ years of accounting experience with a track record of increasing responsibility
- 2-3 years as a Controller or in a role that owns finance and accounting at a startup
- Experience with inventory, supply chain management, and cost accounting
- Knowledge of all new sales tax laws and experience complying with them
- Advanced Quickbooks and Excel skills
- Ability to partner with the management team to drive key business and financial decisions
