Job Summary
A real estate company is seeking a Telecommute Finance Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing special projects and preparing presentations for senior management
- Reviewing and approving balance sheet account analysis
- Managing one or all of the following, budgeting process, forecasting process, strategic planning process, and standard management reporting
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex financial information and transactions and accounting principles
- Requires a minimum of six years related experience to include at least two years in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a business related field
- Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to calculate complex figures
