Job Summary

A real estate company is seeking a Telecommute Finance Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing special projects and preparing presentations for senior management
  • Reviewing and approving balance sheet account analysis
  • Managing one or all of the following, budgeting process, forecasting process, strategic planning process, and standard management reporting

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex financial information and transactions and accounting principles
  • Requires a minimum of six years related experience to include at least two years in a lead or supervisory capacity
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a business related field
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to calculate complex figures
