Job Summary
A financial services and technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Sales Operations Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with the various stakeholders and general managers across the business to define targets, quotas, and commission plans
- Coordinating sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
- Presenting pipeline reports & findings to the senior executive team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4-6 years of experience; consulting, finance, sales operations, or business operations / analytics at a growth-stage startup
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with executive-level partners
