Job Summary
A banking and financial services company is seeking a Telecommute Financial Business System Analyst Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with stakeholders and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals
- Acting as liaison between the bank and vendors for system changes and participates in vendor management activities
- Identifying critical metrics to assess and measure team performance and results
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- H.S. Diploma
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage/small business/consumer/commercial loan operations
- Minimum 5 years of business systems experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of federal/state regulatory policies and procedures
