Job Summary

A staffing and human resources consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Financial Compliance Audit Lead in Cincinnati.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing and implementing the organization’s Specialty Clients (SC) Partner audit program to help drive strategic objectives with the business
  • Ensuring audits are completed objectively, professionally, and in accordance with corporate and industry audit standards
  • Driving group discussions on the state of the control environment, status updates and offering suggestions on quality improvement, scope refinement, risk assessment strategies, and continuous process improvement

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of financial statement audit experience with emphasis on compliance and controls
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science or related field
  • Understanding of Statutory Accounting Practices (STAT) with in-depth knowledge of primary property & casualty insurance
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience with work optimization processes
