A customer service outsourcing company is in need of a Telecommute Financial Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building rapport and providing outstanding customer service to our financial customers
- Receiving large amounts of inbound calls
- Working with multiple systems/applications simultaneously
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Background in finance/banking
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high-volume environment
- Ability to work full time
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass a criminal history background check
