A company providing outsourced bookkeeping and operational support services is seeking a Telecommute Financial Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coaching and mentoring a remote team of financial associates
- Building trusted advisor relationship with client executives
- Providing exceptional accounting and operational support to our clients
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 10 years of accounting experience, 4 years in a supervisory capacity
- Superior relationship building skills and account management experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices
- Strong computer and technical skills including QuickBooks
