Job Summary

A company providing outsourced bookkeeping and operational support services is seeking a Telecommute Financial Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Coaching and mentoring a remote team of financial associates
  • Building trusted advisor relationship with client executives
  • Providing exceptional accounting and operational support to our clients

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • 10 years of accounting experience, 4 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Superior relationship building skills and account management experience
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices
  • Strong computer and technical skills including QuickBooks
