Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Financial Protection Employer Installation Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Facilitating the installation of FPS client structure on the Facets administration platform
- Engaging business partners in the installation process to clarify any discrepancies and gather missing information accordingly
- Researching and gathering information needed to resolve client installation issues relating to Facets client installation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- 2+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- 2+ years of insurance experience
- 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
