Job Summary
A financial services and investment firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Financial Service Division Team Leader.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing coaching and feedback for development and continuous improvement
- Building relationships with associates to create a motivating, engaging and inclusive environment
- Partnering with leaders to establish team goals and expectations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Series 7 license or must be obtained within 12 months of employment
- 3 years of people leadership experience, or the completion of the Leadership Development course
- Experience coaching associates and delivering feedback
- Analytical skills and ability to understand processes and procedures
- Ability to adapt and to support change efforts
- Proven decision making and problem-solving ability
