Job Summary
A financial services provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Financial Service Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing timely answers, guidance, and support for our clients, branch teams and home office associates
- Serving as a phone service representative
- Spending a great deal of time answering phone calls from either our branch teams and/or clients
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business is preferred
- Excellent client service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to learn multiple complex topics
- All other requirements necessary for this position
