Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Financial Services Account Executive in Seattle.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Representing the company in the local market in a positive manner
  • Establishing a network of brokers and banks
  • Providing effective customer service skills at all times

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Proven track record of successful mortgage loan business development
  • Thoroughly understand FNMA/FMLMC, FHA/VA, and USDA lending guidelines
  • Two+ years’ experience originating loans in a wholesale environment
  • Understanding of all facets of a real estate transaction
