Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Financial Technology Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers delivering best practices, guidance
  • Be the primary point of contact for all post-sales activities
  • Advocate for customers by facilitating internal teams and projects to solve customer's needs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% - 50%
  • 5+ years of experience in an Account Management/Customer Success Management role
  • 8+ years in customer success, customer service, or sales roles
  • BS degree in Business or related field OR 5+ years of related experience
  • Strong negotiation skills to work through complex issues
