A technology company that developed a multi-asset cryptocurrency trading platform is filling a position for a Telecommute Fintech Blockchain Crypto Customer Support Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to client issues in a live chat
  • Resolving client issues with tech team by creating tickets for 2nd line agents
  • Testing platform to see if there are any issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to work 2/2 12h night shifts
  • Fluent written English
  • At least 6 months of customer support experience
  • At least 6 months of experience working with social media (replying to customers, improving the image of the brand while responding)
  • Knowledge of crypto/trading
