Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients
• Creating new relationships via calling on rental property decision makers
• Meeting sales goals

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Ability to work remotely, but checking into the office from time to time
• Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation
• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months outside (territory) business to business sales
• Proven track record of B2B sales success
• Ability to read basic blue prints
