A flora-made dairy protein developer is filling a position for a Telecommute Food Ingredients Documentation Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Be responsible for document change control in Product Vision
• Enter and maintain ingredient and formula information in Product Vision plm software
• Maintain a database of department procedures and SOPs

Position Requirements Include:

• Experience with information management
• Familiarity with food ingredients and food science terminology
• Experience with food formulation and labeling software
