A marketplace for business catering has a current position open for a Telecommute Food Service Customer Service Representative in Boston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review and create food orders
- Convince customers that they're in good hands with the company
- Provide customer service over the phone, live chat, or via email
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to attend 6 weeks training onsite, and then work remotely once per week
- Excellent phone and email skills
