Job Summary

A nonprofit academic medical center is seeking a Telecommute Foundation Director in Austin.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading the overall operational and strategic direction of the Foundations
  • Managing the two separate boards of the foundations
  • Representing the foundations internally and externally

Position Requirements Include:

  • Requires two years' experience in qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of benefactors w
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and maintain a high degree of professionalism
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, a broad-based knowledge of fund development
  • Self-motivated, self-directed and highly organized individual
  • Belief in the mission and strong ethical conduct
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity
