Job Summary
A commercial electronic security provider is in need of a Telecommute Franchise Sales Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and planning recruiting focus areas within the assigned territory
- Managing all franchise lead activity using Salesforce.com
- Contacting and managing all franchise candidate leads from multiple lead generation activities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to manage and lead multiple projects at one time
- Strong Interview, Selling, and Closing Skills
- A proven track record of starting and sourcing successful candidates
- Expert in developing reporting tools to streamline day to day work
- Solid understanding and experience with Salesforce software and analytics to manage leads
- Ability to accurately and completely communicate the value of a Mac Tools Franchise
