Job Summary

A managed services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Fraud Prevention Analyst in Fayetteville.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing case management to identify back end fraud through use of fraud detection best practices
  • Monitoring account activity to detect possible warranty fraud
  • Supporting end to end provisioning within Supply Chain Management

Qualifications Include:

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Able to support all quality assurance efforts and program criteria
  • At least one year of data analytics experience required
  • Type 45 WPM or better with 98%+ accuracy
