A virtual services company is seeking a Telecommute Full Charge Bookkeeper.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating advanced reports
- Entering and maintaining budgets and forecasts
- Exporting Shopping Cart sales and processing them in the accounting system
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-4 years experience in: Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bank Account/ Credit Card Reconciliations & Entries Sales and use tax
- Filing In the Multiple States Advance
- Skills in Using Excel
- 1-2 years experience booking merchant processing transactions, fees, and reserves
