Job Summary

A virtual services company is seeking a Telecommute Full Charge Bookkeeper.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating advanced reports
  • Entering and maintaining budgets and forecasts
  • Exporting Shopping Cart sales and processing them in the accounting system

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3-4 years experience in: Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Bank Account/ Credit Card Reconciliations & Entries Sales and use tax
  • Filing In the Multiple States Advance
  • Skills in Using Excel
  • 1-2 years experience booking merchant processing transactions, fees, and reserves
