A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Full Cycle Recruiter in Austin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design and execute customized, candidate recruiting plans, partnering closely with the hiring managers
- Offer the best in class candidate experience throughout the interview process and beyond
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity while sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience as a Recruiter with a solid understanding of technology
- Experience in recruiting for multiple disciplines viz. Technology, Customer Success, Product etc.
- Experience recruiting at a Tech company is mandatory
- Experience in problem-solving across all stages of the hiring cycle
