A technology recruitment company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Full Cycle Recruiter in McLean.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Acquire, qualify, service, maintain and expand client base
- Ensure client retention; supply clients and applicants with outstanding customer service and results
- Interface with clients to identify needs, present programs to obtain job orders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 3+ years in the Staffing Industry specializing in Direct Hire placements is required
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting for Information Technology professional is required
- Related sales experience
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to work with people at all levels
- Possess the knowledge and confidence to effectively develop clients
