Job Summary
A non-profit organization is in need of a Telecommute Fundraising and Development Director in Bethesda.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing fund-raising strategies and coaching staff to achieve goals
- Analyzing data and looking for trends and opportunities
- Identifying, initiating, and managing regional and national partnerships
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must have local special event peer-to-peer fund-raising experience showing new development and progressive success in events
- Must have great understanding of committee/volunteer development—and working with volunteers to achieve financial success
- Experience speaking and motivating
- Must be able to model appropriate techniques/behavior during chapter visits and calls
