Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Global Assistance Product Director in Columbia.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing a deep understanding of existing products and capabilities and configuration options by market
- Defining the core competencies/capabilities that distinguish us in the marketplace
- Developing a deep understanding of each geography, target customers, other constituents needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Located within a commutable distance to Columbia
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in the assistance industry
- Experience in global companies or working in multiple countries
- At least 5-10 years of international product, operational or consulting background in the assistance business
- Experience managing multiple projects
