Job Summary

A provider of commercial electronic security and engineered fastening systems, tools and storage is in need of a Telecommute Global Customer Journey Management Director in Towson.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Defining and executing global omni-channel customer experience strategies focused on data acquisition, enrichment and engagement
  • Championing our data-first approach to marketing, always looking for more meaningful ways to engage with our customers
  • Owning the customer journey across all of our brands

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, data science or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years professional experience in progressive digital marketing roles
  • Experience building and managing global teams
  • Experience executing high-performing marketing campaigns across the globe
  • Robust experience in managing omni-channel customer journey strategy and execution
  • Deep understanding and extensive knowledge of various ESPs, CDPs and marketing cloud solutions
