Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Global Customer Success Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identify common repeatable activities and process
  • Develop and maintain a library of documentation
  • Actively monitor account health; create and execute remediation strategies

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of consulting / strategic operations experience
  • Aptitude for framing business questions in analytic terms
  • Proven experience driving projects from start to finish and leading cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and ready to act on new ideas, and continuously build upon them
  • Experience thriving in ambiguity and sees the 'unknown' as an opportunity
