A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Global Customer Success Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify common repeatable activities and process
- Develop and maintain a library of documentation
- Actively monitor account health; create and execute remediation strategies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of consulting / strategic operations experience
- Aptitude for framing business questions in analytic terms
- Proven experience driving projects from start to finish and leading cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and ready to act on new ideas, and continuously build upon them
- Experience thriving in ambiguity and sees the 'unknown' as an opportunity
