Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Global Delivery Customer Success Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Growing revenue through organic growth and expansion of products
  • Building trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end-users
  • Becoming a trusted advisor in the use of the software to help customers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 50% travel is required
  • 5+ years account management, customer success management, and/or service management experience with a software or software as a service SaaS company
  • BS degree
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team oriented approach to problem-solving
