Job Summary

A staffing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Global Information Technology Operations Help Desk Analyst in Deland.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing user and administrative support for IT systems, applications and Infrastructure
  • Providing technical guidance to users and management for IT related issues and queries
  • Providing training to end user community as required

Required Skills:

  • Associate’s Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent)
  • 3+ year experience of providing end user desktop support
  • 3+ year experience of PC applications / operating systems / hardware
  • Good knowledge of IT hardware and associated peripherals
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft operating system and Office applications
  • Good judgment and strong analytical skills as well as follow-up and organizational skills
