A cloud communications company is filling a position for a Telecommute Global Partner Practice Development Senior Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Building and managing a team of solutions engineers
• Managing and improving our online digital partner education program
• Overseeing new product introduction programs for consulting partners

Required Skills:

• Ability to Travel up to 25%
• 10+ years of partner training, enablement, and certification experience
• Experience working with large Global SIs
• Prior people management experience with P&L responsibilities
• High degree of technical aptitude
