Job Summary

A contract research organization and statistical software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Global Software Sales Engineering Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales technical support at client meetings
  • Provide technical, consultative input, advice and support to customers
  • Collaborate with the Software Sales teams during the sales process to maximize the benefits derived from products and/or services

Position Requirements Include:

  • Masters degree plus 10+ years experience including 3-5 years selling or supporting sales of software products
  • Proven pre-sales experience, carrying a quota selling technology, ideally within the Healthcare and Life Science's industry
  • Experience in selling during pre-launch / product launch phases
  • Leadership experience and demonstrated success in developing a function and team that delivers results in a fast-paced, tight deadline, high output environment
  • Outstanding communications, relationship building, problem solving and project management skills
  • High level of business acumen and ability to effectively interact with and influence senior leaders
