Job Summary

An IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Global User Experience Head.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Leading the process of implementing and scaling our design methodologies and systems
  • Nurturing talent while cultivating the user experience organization
  • Sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel to Chicago office monthly
  • BS/Masters in Human Interaction or similar
  • 10+ years of UX/UI design experience
  • 5+ years of design leadership experience managing a large team of designers
  • Demonstrated experience designing complex workflows and interfaces for desktop or mobile
  • Comprehensive understanding of how to apply modern design principles in practice
