Job Summary

A healthcare patient platform provider is in need of a Telecommute GoodStart Mentor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing customer support services for patients
  • Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls
  • Logging onto system and communicating well with patients and team

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum 5 years customer service experience
  • Windows Computer
  • You ARE NOT a licensed or registered doctor (MD or DO), nurse (NP, RN, or LPN), pharmacist (RPh), or pharmacy technician
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Not a resident of OH, ND, WA, or WY
